Obviously they don’t attack civilians! The car must have been full of hostile, blood-thirsty Hamas terrorists. Just like the Israeli hostages with the white flag they gunned down by mistake. They are not shooting anything that moves.
Every car is a potential target. Every kid a terrorist!
