We’re in the process of moving house. A nightmare thanks to Liz Truss!!
We now have two houses and a shed-load of debt and no money!!
We are gradually moving in but, more to the point, we are trying to sort out changing all the utilities. Nothing is straightforward – hours on the phone and crazy, complex deals. They try their best to screw you over.
Always on hold fifteenth in line then shunted to someone else. Nothing is simple. Passwords for everything then they text you new pins, confirmation and identity checks!!
So phone, gas, electric, TV, internet, council tax, water, removal people, solicitors and insurance has to be sorted for two houses for indeterminate times. A nightmare.
Is it just me getting old or is everything just much more complicated than it used to be??
Just wading through the complexities of different deals, penalties and deliveries is ridiculous!
Anybody fancy stepping in and sorting it all out for me?
We have this to come, and absolutely dreading it.

Not just you, everything is so unnecessarily complicated these days.
Not good for our mental health!
Not at all, I was so stressed when I moved two years ago that I felt burnt out for a month after.
Might take me a year!!
