That’s because I live in Britain where we have much more sensible gun laws!!

When I lived in Chicago in 1990, I was about six miles west of there. I drove through Lawndale a few times. Even back then, it wasn’t a very nice area.
I suggest you should worry less about the gun laws, and more about the history of suppression and exploitation of the people there.
Hi Neil. I think I’d worry about both. The gun laws in the US are crazy and put assualt weapons in the hands of criminals and psychopaths. When you add in the racism and extreme poverty and inequality you have a lethal concoction.
