Human Rights – The UN Charter of Human Rights – Article 2

Article 2.

  • Everyone is entitled to all the rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind, such as race, colour, sex, language, religion, political or other opinion, national or social origin, property, birth or other status. Furthermore, no distinction shall be made on the basis of the political, jurisdictional or international status of the country or territory to which a person belongs, whether it be independent, trust, non-self-governing or under any other limitation of sovereignty.

Homo sapiens – the thinking man. We are all one species. Our similarities far exceed our differences. We all have the same rights. The arbitrary separation into gender, race, culture and nationality is superficial. We are all free people with rights and freedoms. We need to work to ensure those rights, freedoms and respect are universally applied! That is something worth fighting for (in a non-violent manner)!Let us prove we are worthy of the name – THINKING – and can rise above the indoctrination that restricts our thoughts and actions.
