Today in the commons, BoJo the mendacious agreed to publish the hit-list of Oligarchs facing sanctions. That the Tories are allowing an 18 month transition for certain key entities before sanctions bite, suggests the Tories are simply not serious about exposing corruption and their spurious connection to Putin’s regime. The nasty party, assisting Oligarchs wealth acquisition in return for paid-for-policy is greatly disturbing, but it has been going on for years. To allow those with links to the Kremlin to continue without immediate consequence – effectively granting opportunity to slip the U.K sanction net – is further evidence of shameless engineering, and shameless damage limitation to Tory funds.
I think the Tories should pay back the £2 million (declared) paid to them by Russian donors.
I won’t hold my breath waiting for the lying U.K P.M to publish a list.
Let’s be clear, it took a man like Nevalny to put his life on the line and detail the Oligarch’s financing Putin’s Russia. If he hadn’t the Tories would never have come clean about the source of their funding. Whilst Nevalny sits in a Russian jail, the Tories laugh all the way to the bank. Nasty Party by name, nasty party by reputation, immoral, unethical, liars, thieves, and charlatans.
It infuriates me. The Tory Party is so blatant in everything it does yet people remain oblivious. Trump and the Tories are so completely in cahoots with the Russians. Why is that hard to accept??
