Buzzards flying over Hong Kong – waiting to pick the bones.

There seemed to be a lot of buzzards waiting to pick at the carcass of democracy. I’m expecting to see a large number flying over Westminster soon!!

  1. Opher – majestic creatures, and a firm favourite of mine. Amazing glider pilots, airborne on thermals for hours. Superb.

Enjoyed the shots of Hong Kong….spectacular looking city, like a forest of concrete Redwoods, those towers just rise and rise. I recall many years ago seeing a cover photo in Flight magazine of a Jumbo coming into land at Hong Kong’s airport. The capture caught the reflection of the jumbo in the water, as too the skyrisers. That photo fascinated me back then, as I’m sure it would now, for when the photo was inverted, it was still the identical photo! Mind-blowing to a six year-old.

BoJo included, there’s many living carcasses at Westminster worth pecking at: a whole feeding frenzies worth!
