No, Johnson is only just catching up to May in the evilness stakes; though he’s pretty damn close now. Every UK prime minister of the last 50 years has been worse than the last one, except for Cameron in his first term (because he was slightly restrained by Clegg).

“Honestly, I’m the secretary of state for education, I’m a member of the cabinet,” he said. “I don’t recognise that language about red meat or big dogs. All I can say to you is the prime minister’s focused on dealing with the big issues.”
Which I think might translate as…
“Honestly, I’m in a hell of a state for education, I’m a member of the kennel-club,” he said. “I dare not recognise that language about red meat or big dogs. All I can say to you is puppa Big Dog is focused on cleaning up his big issues.”
