Chomsky is no fool. He was right about US involvement in the Vietnam war, and he’s right about this particular point. I haven’t studied his works; maybe I should. From what little I know of him, he’s one of the good guys. But he’s an anarchist, not a socialist. That puts him closer to my views than to yours.
I don’t care what he is Neil. I do know from the books I’ve read of his, that he is an extraordinary mind. Much of what he says makes sense. Well worth further investigation.
