Another great gig from Work in Progress – great Americana song. I particularly like the Steve Earle – Johnny Come Lately, Wagon Wheel and Sitting On Top of the World.
Great to hear Dexter’s great fiddling! Much better than when the politicians do it with their expenses!!

It was great to get the evening going with a bit of Bluegrass Punk!! A great rocking band called Work in Progress.
They set the tone with an interesting blend of Johnny Cash, Elvis and their own numbers done in a unique manner with a Cash-like bass line (on an electric acoustic Bass) and Mandolin. An interesting blend.
I thought they were great.
