The temple complexes at Angkor Wat had been lost in dense jungle. Trees had taken root and intertwined with the manmade structures. They created a remarkable poetry of form – organic and manufactured, a juxtaposition of elgance.

After searching for my Blue Cheese ice-cream in vain (I did same some on my last visit and it was strangely delicious). We set off wandering through the streets, past temples, street vendors, statues and crowded streets – back to the Buddhist temple.
