Liz Truss is bringing in her new budget to give huge payouts to the wealthy without any of the usual scrutiny from the Office Of Budget Responsibility (The OBR). I wonder why that is then?

I agree with Liz Truss – there’s not a hope of any of that money trickling down to those who’ll need it. It’ll be whisked off to the Cayman Islands before anyone gets a whiff!
