I’m holding my head
Between my hands
Are all the dreams of a lifetime:
Past dreams,
Future dreams,
Fictitious dreams
And real dreams.
My eyes are open,
My senses react.
Between my hands
The universe pours in.
I am stunned.
I realise,
I am holding the entire universe
In my hands.

There are some moments when you wake up to the incredible reality of consciousness.
Everything I am, all my experiences, all I will ever be, the whole of my perception of the outside universe is merely electrical activity in my brain. Nothing more.
The chemistry of consciousness is the whole universe.
