Beautiful Island
A beautiful island of vivid emerald green
Adrift in the wilderness of space
With nothing inbetween.
So precious, so wonderful,
So incredibly unique.
On which life evolved
Like some miraculous great freak.
Perhaps nowhere in the universe
Does such a thing exist?
But are we really caring for it?
Is it even on our list?
