It’s as if Coronavirus never happened! On a cloudy day in Yorkshire my grandchildren came to visit – for the first time in 426 days! We went for a walk along the Bridlington beach, they beat me at football! We played games! We ate meals together! We had a hug.
It was surreal. Almost as if covid had not happened.
The world of mad Johnson and the inept covid response, the 128,000 dead, the facemasks, social distancing and Dido Harding pocketing a fortrune – all counted for nothing.
Many people have become exceedingly rich out of covid and the Tory party – it counts for nothing compared to a cuddle from a grandchild!
On day 425 it felt as if the madness was coming to an end!
