UK – true figures for deaths in the UK lie somewhere between 53,000 (the death certificates mentioning Covid 19) and 66,000 (the excess deaths published by the National Statistics Office) – those coming from the government are massaged!!
As for the USA – they are still running at over 7000 new cases a day and Trump is after holding a mass rally! The guy’s nuts!
Here in the UK with have found a cheap drug that appears to significantly cut down mortality. Dexamethasone is a cortisone drug that has been around for more than fifty years and reduces inflammation. It is effective on those who badly react to Covid. Let’s hope that this is the first step in finding drugs that are effective against Covid. That would be good. We could then all go about our lives normally.
Today I did the chores, worked on my new blog and went for a long SD walk with a friend.
