    It always impresses me how prolific your writing has been: you should be proud of such an achievement: it sets the bar high for others to reach for. I’ve no doubt more will follow so that your legacy is a library rather than merely a body of work. Great stuff.       1. Perhaps Amazon could be encouraged to participate in that idea – package at source as it were before dispatch and unless offered free as an entice, include a cut for you as part of your royalty payments?

        I will no doubt start the book afresh Opher and give it my full attention until finished reading. There will opportunity to have some quiet time in the forthcoming few weeks – and then as promised I’ll be back to comment when done.
