Beware The Ones Who Know! – A poem

Beware The Ones Who Know

Beware the ones who say they know

Who scour the web for news;

Who gain the inside knowledge

Of the plots and scams and views.

They’ll tell you who is really bombing who

And why the media lies.

They are sure they know the answers

To the hows, the whens and whys.

But when it comes to answers

To what our masters do

You might as well guess and wonder

And count the pigs that flew.

The whole world has gone crazy. It’s all a big conspiracy. It’s the Jews, the fascists and the illuminati.

The CIA blew up the towers. The planes were all a hoax.

The earth is flat. The moon is made of cheese. God exists!

  1. There’s an art to it and it takes time. Most folks don’t have the attention span especially these days with so many requiring instant gratification. Many wouldn’t know where to start. Finding out the truth is hard work and takes diligence and lots of research on analysing people’s reported activities and what they said if anything and what it lead to. It’s not something for everybody.

    1. Eric – from reading what you’ve just written on another thread I reckon you’ve been reading too much from the wacky end of the scale or smoking something weird.
You also seem to have a doppelganger or is it a twin? Or just four or five different monikers? No – make that six or seven.

    2. Opher,
You appear to be very, very easily ruffled. You must have very little confidence. I’m not surprised because you never provide any facts to back anything up with and it’s obvious to all that you’re winging it. You’re all just smoke and mirrors.
How long do you propose that you’d get away with that?

You must also be on some kind of conspiracy theory awareness trip as your doppelganger thing is quite fantastic.
If two, three people voice their opinions that differ from yours – so what? That’s your problem, not theirs. Maybe it would help you if you didn’t write such shite.
Look what happened with your David Bowie nonsense. The guy who’d made a very short comment some days ago must have seen yours/my post and he replied. And then he replied again in short time. But he must’ve felt compelled to as in all honesty you did act like a stupid child there. You can’t even be honest with talking about a record. You won’t allow anybody (me) to explain to you that you were mistaken (polite word for plain bullshitting wrong).
You’d argue that you’re wearing your penis round the back.
But I wouldn’t argue about that.

Nobody and I mean nobody shoulders any responsibility for your lack of knowledge on any given topic. If a discussion highlights your knowledge shortfall, well so be it. Deal with it. But for goodness sake stop digging a hole with a spoon and trying to unring a bell. It’s always best to admit to simply not knowing.

      1. Yes I should introduce you to this guy who is identical to you – Islamophobic, pedantic, rude, hates West Coast, great knowledge of Rock in a very geekie way, and extremely right wing. You could be twins.

      2. You suffer from a classic intellectual ailment prevalent with a vast number of liberal progressives where they retreat into a realm of confirmation bias where they hear only things that are similar to what they liked yesterday, and that is deeply intellectually unhealthy. Your raison d’etre is always being right.

It’s always an strong indicator when somebody who generally doesn’t know Monday from March, mocks with jibes about cheese on the moon and flat earth, when quite obviously neither topic is up for discussion. This flags up the distance one may have to intellectually travel in order to convey very basic facts.

Global warming is long dead. In case you didn’t notice they changed it to read as Climate Change, and for very good reasons.
Interestingly about 9/11, they failed to come up with any of the plane engines at the Pentagon. They also failed to show us anymore than a large divot scrape into the land surface with the plane that supposedly crashed in Philadelphia.
There was also some seriously questionable reporting about the collapse of WTC7, where the BBC reported its collapse approximately half an hour early.
Official reasons for the collapse were it was hit by heavy debris as the North Tower collapsed damaging the south face of the building, and another reason given was burning debris caused multiple fires on multiple floors of the 47-story building.
Interestingly, WTC7 a steel structure, fell symmetrically and at free-fall acceleration over eight floors for a period of 2.25 seconds of its collapse.
The total collapse of WTC 7 at 5:20 PM is remarkable because it exemplified all the signature features of an implosion: The building dropped in absolute free fall for the first 2.25 seconds of its descent over a distance of 32 meters or eight stories. Its
transition from stasis to free fall was sudden, occurring in approximately one-half second. It fell symmetrically straight down. Its steel frame was almost entirely dismembered and deposited mostly inside the building’s footprint, while most of its concrete was pulverized into tiny particles. Finally, the collapse was rapid, occurring
        in less than seven seconds.
The final analysis can be viewed with multiple camera filming from multiple angles.
There’s really no mystery to this.

Of the Twin Towers, because the only loads present on 9/11 after the impact of the airplanes were gravity and fire (there were no highwinds that day), many engineers were surprised that the Twin Towers completely collapsed. The towers, in fact, had been designed specifically to withstand the impact of a jetliner, as the head structural engineer, John Skilling, explained in an interview with the Seattle Times following the 1993 World Trade Center bombing: “Our analysis indicated the biggest problem would be the fact that all the fuel (from the airplane) would dump into the building. There would be a horrendous fire. A lot of people would be killed,” he said. “The building structure would still be there.” Skilling went on to say he didn’t think a single 200-pound [90-kg] car bomb would topple or do major structural damage to either of the Twin Towers. “However,” he added, “I’m not saying that properly applied explosives—shaped explosives—of that magnitude could not do a tremendous amount of damage…. I would imagine that if you took the top expert in that type of work and gave him the assignment of bringing these buildings down with explosives, I would bet that he could do it.”
In other words, Skilling believed the only mechanism that could bring down the Twin Towers was controlled demolition.
        Techniques of Controlled Demolition:
Controlled demolition is not a new practice. For years it was predominantly done with cranes swinging heavy iron balls to simply break buildings into small pieces. Occasionally, there were structures that could not be brought down this way. In 1935, the two 191-m-tall Sky Ride towers of the 1933 World’s Fair in Chicago were demolished with 680 kg of thermite and 58 kg of dynamite. Thermite is an incendiary containing a metal powder fuel (most commonly aluminum) and a metal oxide (most commonly iron(III) oxide or “rust”). Eventually, when there were enough large steel-framed buildings that needed to be brought down more efficiently and inexpensively, the use of shaped cutter charges became the norm. Because shaped charges have the ability to focus explosive energy, they can be placed so as to diagonally cut through steel columns quickly and reliably.
In general, the technique used to demolish large buildings involves cutting the columns in a large enough area of the building to cause the intact portion above that area to fall and crush itself as well as crush whatever remains below it. This technique can be done in an even more sophisticated way, by timing the charges to go off in a sequence so that the columns closest to the center are destroyed first.
The failure of the interior columns creates an inward pull on the exterior and causes the majority of the building to be pulled inward and downward while materials are being crushed, thus keeping the crushed materials in a somewhat confined area—often within the building’s “footprint.” This method is often referred to as “implosion.”

You are somewhat misguided with your claim that “right-wingers are very good at it”.
In fact it is the left-wing that are known to work in tandem and in groups whereas the right-wingers tend to work as individuals. The left-wing seemingly hates individualism and does its utmost best to crush it, which is fundamentally the reason why such a large proportion of our population is slow and somewhat stupid. They might look cheerful, happy, always smiling and lovely people and all that, but between their ears is not a lot.

    1. Lionscafe: There’s a barbed aside going on with this post from Opher.
His nose is a bit out of joint because I took the piss out of him because he has a strong tendency to believe all the mainstream news and he himself recites on this here blog some of that nonsense. His recent one about all the US news agencies ganging up against Trump was one such. He doesn’t get it that it’s the leftist Democrats who control the most powerful news agencies. He’s completely forgotten that Trump beat fair and square sixteen (16) other Republican runners in the election race. He’s got to the stage that he’s forgotten why Trump was elected.
He pays no attention to the number of people who have mysteriously died over the years behind the scenes because they had been causing interruption and disruption to the objectives of either Bill Clinton or Hillary Clinton. He would prefer the war mongerer Hillary Clinton to be President.

I also had good cause to suggest that he brushed up on his understanding and intelligence of events that took hold within 1960s US youth culture. He was of the understanding that it was some kind of a “freedom movement”. I told him it wasn’t and the entire scene was managed by the CIA. He’s seemingly never forgiven me for bursting his bubble – one that he’s lived in these last 50 years without ever realising it was a total fraud.

Hence his “beware the one who know” jibe. Like I’m the only one? But hey, some people spend their entire lives with their heads in the sand and can’t see the woods for the trees.

      1. Yes, it’s getting to be slightly out of control. Everywhere I seem to look there’s one in a corner pointing at people, telling them not to think like that and to think like them.

Too many people these days are a wannabe “activist” that spends most of their days whining on twitter or tumblr demanding that things they don’t like be changed/censored. They think every single thing is an offence and they castigate all and sundry with names all ending with “ist”. They’re extremely sensitive people and very harmful and toxic to the communities they’re pretending to fight for.

      2. What’s this? A lecture? You must be joking. The 60s managed by the CIA. Wow!! That takes some beating. Careful you don’t fall off the edge of the world.

      3. Angry – I’m all for offense and I’m all for creating a better world. There’s a world of difference between causing offense and being rude though isn’t there?

    2. Hi Lionscafe – what we have to ensure is the quality of the people we elect to represent us. At times it seems a bit lacking.

    3. Opher, this morning you said: “Yes I should introduce you to this guy who is identical to you – Islamophobic, pedantic, rude, hates West Coast, great knowledge of Rock in a very geekie way, and extremely right wing. You could be twins.”

Sounds most interesting. Do bring him on, as by hook or crook you’re going to need more than what you’ve got between your ears for any kind of debate about anything.
I think the fact that you’re calling him out as Islamophobic and extremely right-wing, probably indicated that he isn’t. That’s the typical low-level response from thick-as-shit lefties who’ve lost yet another debate. And I’ve met some, and the rest.

  2. I think if one were to spend some time on the works of Niall Ferguson, Prof. Jordan Peterson, Stefan Molyneux, Scot Adams, Andrew Sullivan, Jonathan Haidt, to name just a few, then they might refrain from the silliness as expressed above within the post’s introductory commentary.
As one other has expressed above already, finding out the truth is indeed hard work, takes diligence and lots of research.
But anybody who is engaged in critical thinking about the whole range of ideas in our society ranging from the political, social and cultural and is antagonistic to the dogmas of the left, the political correctness, the identity politics, the spurious pursuit of so-called social justice, and if you are sceptical and thinking critically, you are in danger of being on the receiving ends of a tirade of insults, the kind that generally end in “ist”.
Too many of today’s intellectuals are being no-platformed and the target of mainstream media hit-pieces, and have no option but to go underground into the Dark Web.
The idiocy of the hard left is doing its utmost to stifle intellectualism.
Britain is seeing how dangerous and bankrupt political reactionaries’ politics are. In fact, so is USA.

    1. “The CIA blew up the towers. The planes were all a hoax.”

Headline read: “Trump escalates attack on Mueller”. Mueller was the original cover up damage control team with Comey for 9/11. The body language analysis of them dodging questions about 9/11 as it was ongoing was as interesting to watch as Donald Rumsfeld’s acting skills when he was helping cart injured people at the Pentagon off the premises that day.
Mueller was also involved with the anthrax case, the long-forgotten event that they wanted people to forget about because it was totally botched.

It’s that old story again, some folks just know more than others …

      1. Is that the full extent of your intellectual capacity where I ask the question of whether it is acceptable that our most forward thinking intellectual commentators are being chased away? And all you can say is quote: “Bring us some cheese back next time you visit the moon.”
        That is astonishing.

    2. Yep – anyone who wants to dig around can come up with all manner of stuff to bolster their conspiracy theories. The right-wingers are very good at it. Global warming is a hoax, 9/11 was the CIA, there are no mass extinctions, overpopulation is a myth, the moon landings didn’t exist and Coco the Clown should be president. Don’t fall off the edge.

      1. Opher,
Personally, I think that all the replies from “Icarus flies” are brilliantly executed with a bounty of extremely interesting information.
I’d hate to think what others thought of your replies. What’s going on with that?

Perhaps I can add one further question on to that list that hopefully you’ve made and getting very busy with chasing up with reading up on.
Grenfell Tower – burned furiously for many hours but did not collapse?
        Hello?

I’d also like to add on one more, like why was there a new insurance policy taken out for all three towers just three weeks before their absolute destruction? But, just the one will be enough to be going on with just now.
