As well as being a superb guitarist Nick is also a brilliant lyricist/poet. This song is from the great Blood Songs album. It is a very clever song personifying humanity as a boy and the planet as a girl and highlighting the destruction we are reaping on it.
The nutters certainly are in control and we are chopping down the lifeblood of the ecosystems.
