I couldn’t figure out how to reblog this, but I wanted so much to put it on here because I agree with everything he says. (If I’m doing something illegal here, I apologize! What’s that old expression? It’s easier ask for forgiveness than for permission?)  Pavlovitz is one of my son’s favorite authors. Brandon just read his new book, “A Bigger Table: Building Messy, Authentic, and Hopeful Spiritual Community” and said it was wonderful.

  1. Considering that one-third of adults report owning a gun, there are more than 75 million gun owners in the United States. That puts NRA members at less than 10 percent of all gun owners. How does a radical group that small wield so much power? Money and fear mongering. They are nothing more than a terrorist group.

    1. Cheryl – they seem to have a lot of money and have been using it to fund political campaigns. I always think that type of funding smacks of corruption. The sooner they ban lobbying and big finance the better!
