I was at college in London in the sixties and running wild in the Underground Clubs where it was happening – 3 gigs a week, all-nighters and free festivals. Getting to see Hendrix, Cream and Led Zeppelin for 25p. Weekend festivals £1.50. Pink Floyd, Traffic and Arthur Brown. A young raving Roy Harper every week. Those were the days.
