The Vagina is too small? Opher’s solution.

The vagina is clearly not big enough. If it had been designed I think a far more effective means of birth could easily have been devised. Unfortunately he present system has evolved and not been created by some superbeing, hence it is far from perfect. Women suffer great agonies in childbirth, have life-threatening complication, require major surgery and die. Babies suffer trauma, suffer brain damage and die. Birth is far from easy due to the poor design of the apparatus. The vagina simply isn’t big enough. Evolution has caused us to develop intelligence which requires big brains. Big brains require big heads and big heads are being squeezed through too small a hole with all the complications that creates.

Having been at the birth of all four of my children and delivered one, I can say that any high school designer could come up with a better system. Birth is a major problem, dangerous, messy and extremely painful.

So we are faced with two ways of creating more intelligent humans (and we desperately need more intelligent humans – particularly in the US Presidential campaign). We need bigger heads with more space for the brain to grow.

We either have much bigger vaginas to accommodate bigger heads or we remove the skull. The skull encloses the brain and restricts its growth.

I suggest that babies should have their skulls removed at birth so that the brains can grow bigger and they can become far more intelligent.

I know. It might prove a little tricky to have an unprotected brain. Sports like American Football, boxing and rugby would be no-brainers. Even falling over could be a problem.

So I would remove the skull at birth and have a specially designed helmet to protect the brain. The Opher Helmet would be responsible for a huge leap in human civilisation.

Vote Opher Goodwin – he has all the answers! Bigger vaginas or no skulls – take your choice!

  1. I’m gonna say I prefer a bigger vagina because I’m female and the whole giving birth thing kind of freaks me out😖😝

    1. We’re not too bad in the West. we have good support and pain relief. It takes its toll in the Third world.
      Don’t worry. You’ll be fine.

      2. You’ll be OK! Childbirth isn’t so bad. I’ve been through it four times and it didn’t hurt at all! (Though my wife did find it a tad uncomfortable). Kenyan hospitals are not too bad. They’ll sort things for you.

    1. But it is important to get the female perspective on this! Of course evolution usually works in tandem so bigger vaginas to facilitate birth might necessitate bigger penises! Perhaps removing skulls would be better?

I think there are three issues here, so if we’re going to redesign things we’ll need bigger vaginas to facilitate birth and reduce discomfort for mothers; remove skulls after birth and replace with Opher Helmets (we may need new and larger ones as our brains grow; also we could use bigger penises to better match the larger vaginas. Great post, Opher!
